Emanuel Vigeland Museum on Slemdal is one of Oslo’s best kept secrets. Emanuel Vigeland has been in the shadow of his famous older brother Gustav, but in recent years Emanuel had a renaissance. The museum’s main attraction is a dark, barrel-vaulted room, completely covered with frescoes. The museum also displays paintings, sculptures and portraits.
